As mind and body are one intelligent and sensible system, I am a certified teacher in Anahata Yoga, an ancient form of yoga from the Himalayan mountains

As any yoga practice, Anahata Yoga is a mind-body practice that gets you to connect with your breath and develops your awareness.
Specific to Anahata Yoga is the focus on the heart as a major energetic center and the practice in everyday classes not only of asanas (movements) but also breath work, visualization, chanting and meditation.
Anahata yoga taps in the ancient yogic wisdom and the traditionnal indian culture (dance) to sublimize the power of MUDRAS, the gestures that embody our intentions.
This is why it is such a perfect practice to follow up the integration of the brain reprogramming from the body perspective
Allying brain reeingeneering with the power of BODY INTELLIGENCE has the deepest healing effect because you potentialize the power of the mind-body loop: yes you work from your mind’s perspective but as the mind is mirrored in the body, you also work the informations at body level to mirror back the right information to your brain.
This practice eases change as it encodes the new patterns and emotions through movement.
It creates a beautiful sense of wholeness as well as a nice daily routine.
As I followed up my hypnosis clients with this practice, embedding their key affirmations in the movements of Anahata Yoga, we named it “hypno-yoga” ;)
