As a certified hypnotherapist, I wanted to offer my clients some longer term and “back to everyday life” support.

I certified in Rapid Transformational Coaching© by Marisa Peer (ICF accreditation) because this approach integrates a fair dose of neurosciences in conscious state - and eventually a bit of hypnosis if needed - to really get you smartly, swiftly and deeply to achieving your goal

A coaching journey gets you to :

Coaching is a partnership in which I leverage the best resources of neurosciences at your service in a conversational set up. I might also offer you some visualizations and hypnosis exercices if needed to remodel your behavior to your best interest.
